from this  to  is how i feel about soresonline. I sent in for 2 ipod from them i receive 1 but the other they say there's no record of me sending for the 2nd one and i call to complain i get thwe same girl who has a hard time talkin it takes forever to get her answers what a bunch of *^&%$ is this what there in business to do.
